The apartment is on the ground floor in a residence with a landscaped courtyard and small ponds. It has one bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Both the bedroom and the living room open directly onto the private southwest-facing terrace, which offers space for outdoor meals and relaxing.

The apartment is located in a residence with a large landscaped courtyard, lawns, walkways and small fish ponds. The setting is quiet and residential, while still being close to the beach, La Croisette and local shops.
A gate from the residence gives quick access towards Boulevard de la Croisette and the beach. Restaurants, cafés and grocery shops are within a few minutes by foot. Palais des Festivals is approx. 20 min away on foot, making the apartment suitable for guests who prefer a quieter base rather than staying directly in the centre.

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
