Rent Holiday Apartments in Cannes


 This is how it works

1 - Choose your apartment – Select the apartment you want to book, enter your arrival and departure dates, and the number of guests.
2 - Secure your booking – Click on “Book Now” to proceed to payment.
-- If you book more than 35 days before arrival, you pay a 40% deposit. The balance is due 35 days before arrival (you will receive an email reminder).
-- If you book 35 days or less before arrival, the full amount is paid at once.
3 - Final price – no hidden costs – The price you see when selecting your dates and number of guests is the final price. It already includes all charges, such as tourist tax – nothing extra will be added.
4 - Maximum number of guests – The apartment may only be used by the number of guests stated in your booking. This ensures comfort, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
5 - Receive confirmation – Once payment is completed, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by email.

Full rental terms and the cancellation policy are outlined in the Rental Agreement, which you must read and accept when booking.

Before your stay
Around 10 days before arrival, we will contact you to arrange check-in and check-out times. Standard times are:
- Check-in: from 16:00 on your arrival day
- Check-out: until 10:00 on your departure day

We always strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times to accommodate our guests’ travel plans. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule — just let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Your arrival
On arrival, we will meet you in front of the residence to hand over the keys, show you the apartment, and answer any questions you may have.

Support during your stay
If you need assistance at any time during your stay, you can always reach us or a member of our team. We are happy to help with practical matters or local advice to make your visit as smooth as possible.

What’s included
- Bed linen and towels (one small and one large per guest). Beach towels are not provided.
- Final cleaning (included in the rental price).
- A small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper to cover your first few days.

Departure
On the day of departure, we will come to your apartment to check it and collect the keys.
