Pointe Croisette

Pointe Croisette, or Palm Beach as the area is also commonly called, is a prestigious and quiet district located to the east of Cannes which includes the large yachts moorings at Port Pierre Canto.
It is a beautifully green area, framed by sandy beaches on three sides. Point Croisette is home to the most beautiful beach, Bijou Plage, the well-known Le Bâoli night club and the Palm Beach Casino, which is currently being renovated.
The area functions as a small self contained community with shops and restaurants. Most of the restaurants are situated on Place de l'Etang. Visit them in the evening or take a nice walk along the Boulevard de La Croisette. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.
