A bright three-bedroom apartment with a generous balcony overlooking La Croisette and the sea.

The apartment offers an open living area with large sliding doors leading to a deep balcony facing La Croisette. All three bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the building, providing a calmer setting separate from the boulevard. The layout includes one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds arranged as a double (can be separated), and a practical, smaller room with two single beds, ideal for children or for guests who mainly need a comfortable place to sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated with the living room, and all rooms have A/C.

The building is located along the eastern part of La Croisette, close to Port Canto and the surrounding green park areas. The neighbourhood is calm yet central, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, cafés and public transport.
The public beach is located one minute from the apartment. Plage Zamenhof, also public beach with chairs, stretches along the Croisette, is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Bus stop at the corner to the right of the building, with departures every 17 minutes to Palais des Festivals, the old town and other central areas.
During the summer, there is also a beach bus (‘the pink bus’) stopping across the street, taking you to the other side of the peninsula and Palm Beach — free of charge.

Parking

Parking is free of charge in on Boulevard de La Croisette, by the building.
The nearest public parking garage is Parking Port Canto, located directly across Boulevard de la Croisette.
A second option, P11 – Parking Roseraie, is situated just behind Port Canto, a short walk from the apartment.
A third option, Parking Pierre Canto across the street from the apartment.

Other things to note

  • Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
  • Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
  • The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
