This charming gem in the heart of the historic center of Cannes (Le Suquet) is perfect for exploring both the vibrant evening and night life of Cannes and the more relaxed beach life. You are a short walk from the Festival Palace and less than 10 minutes away from the Plage du Midi beach.

The living room and bedroom have windows and a balcony to the east with a view of the rooftops and the sea. The apartment has an open plan and the kitchen area is towards the back of the house where there is also a second balcony with a view up towards the historic castle and the church that watches over Le Suquet.
