The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator in a traditional building in Le Suquet. It has one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
The two small furnished balconies give the apartment light and outdoor space, with views over the rooftops, the old town and towards the church and castle.

A practical and quiet base in the old town, suitable for a couple or congress guests who want to stay within walking distance of the Palais.

Location

The apartment is located in Le Suquet, the historic old town of Cannes, in a pedestrian area with narrow streets, local restaurants and small squares. The area is quiet compared with the busier parts of central Cannes, while still being close to the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, Marché Forville and the beaches.

As in much of Le Suquet, the apartment is in a car-free zone. It is not possible to drive directly to the building, but you can stop approx. 90 m away to unload luggage.

Parking

The nearest parking garage is P02 - Parking Suquet Forville with entrance approx. 240 m from the apartment at 6 rue Forville.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and towels (one small and one large per guest) are included. Beach towels are not provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit is provided with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper to cover your first few days.
