This well-planned 30 m² (322 sq ft) apartment accommodates 2–3 guests. The layout includes a small cozy bedroom with 180 cm bed, wall to wall, and a living room with sofa bed and balcony access. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors bring in natural light and extend the space out onto the Mediterranean-facing balcony, where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

The apartment sits directly on Plage du Midi, at the foot of Le Suquet (old town). The beach offers both public sections and areas with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, and several restaurants line the shore.

Parking

Other things to note

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
