This is a one bedroom apartment with living room, separate kitchen and a lovely balcony with access from all rooms.
From the living room you have large glass doors out to the balcony which has always been the favorite place for all guests.
From the bedroom you have also the same large glass door to access the balcony.

Bedroom is furnished with two single beds and if you need more beds you have a sofa bed in the living room suitable for an adult or one or two children.
The kitchen is equipped with most things you need. Dining table is available in the living room if you do not choose to use the sofa group on the balcony.

The apartment is equipped with both wifi and individual air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

Previous guests who appreciated the apartment have been couples on vacation or families with one or two smaller children.

The apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located in a residence with a large courtyard in the form of a park with lawns, walkways and fish ponds. A little oasis in the middle of Cannes.
Down in the park there is a gate to the south which allows you to reach both the Boulevard de La Croisette and the beach in just three minutes.

  1. The flat is in a great location and is easy to get to the beach or the town itself. It had a lovely balcony which made the flat feel bigger than it was. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely book with Anders again

  2. Anders has been very friendly, and the apartment has been generally good, although with a bit obsolete renovation. The location was very quiet and about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center.

  3. Lovely apartment wih all the facilities you need. Great location per se, quiet and safe area, close to the beach, a bit far off if you are in town for the festival though, 20-25 min walk to the Palais.

  4. Anders et Olga ont été super du début à la fin, rien a redire ! L’appartement est impeccable tant au niveau de l’emplacement que dans sa description. Cependant, des prises murales ne fonctionnent pas, le matériel de cuisine est restreint et pour finir, dommage que le lit soit 2 lits simples et non un lit double…

The reason having two single beds instead of a double, is because the apartment is many times rented by congress guests, and they prefer separate beds.   5. It's not the first time I've worked with these agents and they always find me a good place to live. It was convenient for me to live and work at the next Cannes Film Festival. Nice house, clean and cozy apartment and garden.
