This is an apartment for you who want something extra, in a quiet and peaceful part of ​​Cannes, with pool, tennis, located in a large private park.

One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. A second room with access directly to the terrace, can either be used as a living / dining room or you can fold out the Murphy bed to get a second bedroom. Here you have also the second bathroom.
If you use the second bedroom, the table will be moved to a location next to the entrance and the kitchen.

Living room with large doors out to the terrace that offers a unique view of the coast, from Cap d'Antibes via the Lérins Islands to the Estérel mountains.

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.

There are two tennis courts, a pool and a golf driving range, playground, soccer field, all within the residence complex.
The pool is open all year but not heated.
There is also a well-equipped gym with both machines and free weights for your use.

The apartment is situated on the 5h floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located in the Résidence Saint Michel-Valetta, a residence with one of the largest private parks (8 hectares) on the Riviera. Here you can really enjoy life in Cannes, take a walk in the park, take a morning dip in the pool or just sit on the terrace to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean.

Distance

  • Boulevard de La Croisette: approx. 2 km. 30 min on foot, 5 min by own car or 15 min by bus 6B which has a bus stop directly outside the gate. A minibus is available (schedule published at reception) to take you directly to the center of Cannes.

Parking

You have a private parking "box" in the garage and if you have friends visiting, there are visitor parking spaces.

  1. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans l’appartement d’Anders. Tout était très bien. L’emplacement permet de visiter facilement les environs. L’appartement est grand avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon où nous prenions tous les repas et besucoup de soleil. Plusieurs activités sont possibles sur le site dont la baignade dans une piscine gigantesque, basquetball, volleyball, tennis, un gym bien équipé et j’en passe! Stationnement avec amplement d’espace pour la voiture. Toute la famille y retournerait sans hésitation. Merci à Olga pour l’accueil et à Anders pour la location de l’endroit.

  2. Excellent location with a stunning view. Unfortunately there is no AC in the apartment, which negatively impact the overall impression. However, this was clearly communicated when we made the booking.

  4. Nous avons récemment séjourné en famille dans cet appartement et nous avons été émerveillés par la vue splendide depuis la terrasse. Niché dans un parc magnifique, avec une piscine et deux cours de tennis, l'emplacement était paisible et relaxant. L'appartement lui-même était conforme à l'annonce, offrant un très bon confort. L'hôte était attentionné et disponible.

  6. The apartment is highly recommended. Super service from the beginning of the booking over the entire period. The view is really fantastic with a nice terrace. In addition, a beautiful large pool, embedded in a great park-like property. The location is also perfect - 5 minutes to Cannes center and beach. Totally recommended!
