Within the residence you will find two tennis courts, a large pool (open year-round, not heated), a golf driving range, gym with machines and free weights, playground, and soccer field. Guests can enjoy a quiet environment while being within easy reach of central Cannes and La Croisette. A bus stop is located outside the residence, and a shuttle service to the city center is available from the reception.

Distance

• Boulevard de La Croisette: approx. 2 km. 30 min on foot, 5 min by own car or 15 min by bus 6B which has a bus stop directly outside the gate. A minibus is available (schedule published at reception) to take you directly to the center of Cannes.

Private parking box in the garage (width: 265 cm, height: 208 cm).
Visitor parking spaces are also available within the residence.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and towels (one small and one large per guest) are included. Beach towels are not provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit is provided with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper to cover your first few days. Please also refer to the Rental Agreement, which must be accepted upon booking.
