The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator in Résidence Saint-Michel Valetta, a private park residence in the Californie area of Cannes. It offers 110 m² (1,184 sq ft) of living space, with one main bedroom, a second room with a fold-out Murphy bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with open views over the Mediterranean. The terrace is the central feature of the apartment, with views from Cap d’Antibes across the Lérins Islands towards the Estérel mountains.

The residence offers shared amenities including two tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a golf driving range, gym with machines and free weights, playground and football field. The pool is open year-round but is not heated.
The setting is quiet and green, with easy access to central Cannes by car, bus or the residence shuttle. A bus stop is located outside the residence, and a minibus service to central Cannes is available from reception according to the published schedule. This apartment is a good option for guests who want more space, views and residence facilities rather than a very central address.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
