The pool is open year-round but is not heated.
The setting is quiet and green, with easy access to central Cannes by car, bus or the residence shuttle. A bus stop is located outside the residence, and a minibus service to central Cannes is available from reception according to the published schedule. This apartment is a good option for guests who want more space, views and residence facilities rather than a very central address.

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
