The apartment is located in a quiet area in the east part of central Cannes, just a 6-minute walk from the Boulevard de la Croisette and the beach. An underpass under the railway provides easy access to the Croisette, where you exit about 80 meters from the Hotel Martinez.

You also have a short 5-minute walk to the start of the shopping street, Rue d'Antibes, one of the most famous shopping streets in Cannes, running parallel to La Croisette. With a more relaxed and local feel than La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes still offers high quality and style, making it an ideal spot for shopping, strolling, and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Cannes.

  • The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit is provided with hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper to cover your first few days.
