The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator in a residence close to Le Suquet and Plage du Midi. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen area, and a small balcony with outdoor seating. The layout works well for a couple, a small family, or congress guests who want to stay within walking distance of the Palais.

Location

The apartment is located at the foot of Le Suquet, Cannes’ historic old town, close to Plage du Midi, local restaurants, small shops and the Forville market area. The beach is reached in approx. 3 min by walking through Square Mistral, and the Palais des Festivals is approx. 10 min away by foot. The location is suitable for guests who want to combine beach access with easy access to the centre of Cannes.

Parking

The nearest public parking is located about 100 meters from the building, just across from the Aldi supermarket.
Additional parking is available around Square Mistral, which you’ll pass on the way to the beach.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and towels (one small and one large per guest) are included. Beach towels are not provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit is provided with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper to cover your first few days.
