Just a 3-minute walk to the beach Plage du Midi and 10 minutes to the Palais des Festivals, this is the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting for a relaxing holiday or attending one of Cannes' world-famous events such as MIPIM, Cannes Lions, the Film Festival, or MIPCOM.

Location
Situated at the foot of Le Suquet (the Old Town), the apartment is close to everything Cannes has to offer – beaches, entertainment, shopping, and dining.
A pleasant 3-minute walk through the small park Square Mistral takes you to Plage du Midi, a well-maintained public beach. There you’ll also find several beach restaurants offering sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses, and seaside lunches.

Parking
The nearest public parking is located about 100 meters from the building, just across from the Aldi supermarket.
Additional parking is available around Square Mistral, which you’ll pass on the way to the beach.
Other things to note
- Bed linen and towels (one small and one large per guest) are included. Beach towels are not provided.
- Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
- The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit is provided with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper to cover your first few days.
