This apartment is located on the second floor, beachfront with a balcony which opens out to the sea.

From the living room you have large glass doors to the balcony which gives a panoramic view of the Plage du Midi, the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. You can spend the evening on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the Esterel mountains and in the morning you have the sunrise to the east.

In the living room you have an American kitchen and fold-down double bed (160 x 190 cm). You also have a single bed (90 x 190 cm) in the small sleeping alcove.

The apartment is situated on the second floor, without elevator.

Location

The apartment is located directly on the street that follows the beach (Plage du Midi) at the foot of Le Suquet (old town) and close to everything Cannes can offer of beach life, entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

One of the best locations you can imagine if you want to stay along the beach and yet centrally.
At Plage du Midi you will find both a well-managed public beach and areas where you can rent a beach beds, umbrella, mattress, etc. There is also a number of restaurants there so you can enjoy lunch directly on the beach.

  • Train station and bus station for the airport coaches: 15 min

  • Shops for essentials and grocery: 5 min

Parking

The nearest public car park is P03 - Parking Laubeuf which is located at the port, View Port, about 110 m from the house.
There are also parking spaces around the Square Mistral park, located at Boulevard du Midi Jean Hibert, about 250 m to the west.

  2. I’ve been coming to the lions festival for 25 years. I’ve stayed in all the fancy hotels and lots of Airbnb’s. This was as good as the best - great location, all you need in the apartment. And clean as a whistle. And Comms from Anders and his team - impeccable.

  7. De siste fem ganger vi har feriert i Cannes har vi benyttet Destination Cannes og er svært fornøyde med selskapet. Punktlighet og god kommunikasjon gjør det hyggelig å benytte selskapet. Vi har tidligere leid leilighet i Terrasse de la Mer og er svært fornøyde med beliggenheten og utsikten her. Leilighet nr 14 som var ledig den uken vi skulle være der, er under renovering og hadde følgelig noen mangler. Dette ble vi fortalt før vi inngikk avtale. Vi opplevde allikevel oppholdet som bra. Sengene var nye hvilket betyr mye. Vi vil helt sikkert benytte Destination Cannes en annen gang. Hilsen Nils og Ellen Molin
