Compact 30 m² (323 sq ft) beachfront studio with balcony located directly by Plage du Midi.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator in a residence facing Plage du Midi. This 30 m² (323 sq ft) studio has a living area with an integrated fold-down double bed, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a balcony facing the sea. Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open directly towards the balcony.

The apartment is rented for a maximum of 2 guests. The main bed is 160 x 190 cm, and there is also a compact separate sleeping alcove with a single bed, 90 x 190 cm. This gives flexibility for two guests who prefer separate beds, or for extra luggage storage.

The apartment is located directly on Boulevard du Midi, facing Plage du Midi, at the foot of Le Suquet.
The beach, seafront promenade, restaurants and cafés are all just outside or within a few minutes by foot.

Palais des Festivals is reached in approx. 8 min on foot along the seafront promenade. The location works well for both holiday stays and congress visits, especially for guests who value a beachfront setting close to central Cannes.

  • Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
  • The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
