Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this 30 m² (323 sq ft) studio offers direct sea views from both the living area and the balcony. Large sliding glass doors open towards the Mediterranean, creating a bright interior and an immediate connection to the outdoor space.
The apartment is rented for a maximum of 2 guests. The main sleeping solution is a fold-down double bed (160 x 190 cm) integrated in the living area. There is also a small separate sleeping alcove with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), suitable if two guests prefer separate beds. The alcove is compact and also practical for luggage storage.

A compact beachfront apartment with uninterrupted sea views and walking distance to Palais des Festivals.
Location
The apartment is located directly along Boulevard du Midi, facing Plage du Midi, at the foot of Le Suquet (old town). The beach is immediately outside the building, and restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes’ walk.
Palais des Festivals is reached in approx. 8 minutes on foot along the seafront promenade.

Street parking is available near Square Mistral, approx. 250 m west of the apartment (subject to availability).
Other things to note
- Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
- Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
- The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
