The apartment is located at the foot of Le Suquet, close to Plage du Midi, the Old Town and central Cannes. Restaurants, local shops, the beach and public transport are all within easy reach. A nearby staircase leads up to the top of Le Suquet, with views over Cannes, the Old Port and the bay.
The location works well for guests who want beach access, outdoor space and a quieter base, while still being within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals.

Parking
The apartment includes a private parking space in the building’s garage. Please note that the garage access is narrow, especially when driving out. One of the turns inside the garage is tight; with a BMW 3-series there is only limited clearance on each side. Larger cars may require some reversing and manoeuvring to make the turn. The garage is therefore best suited for a medium-sized car.

Other things to note
- Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
- Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
- The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
