Mona Flora is a newly renovated and fresh apartment of high standard, only 150 m from the beach of Plage du Midi.
The living room faces south with large glass doors onto the terrace, which can be pushed away completely giving a feeling of both space and light.
The entire apartment is tastefully decorated in bright and calm colors, airy furnished with thoughtful details.

In the living room you have also the kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything that may be needed for breakfast or dinner with family and friends. All equipment from oven to a Nespresso coffee maker for your breakfast.

The two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The first bedroom is furnished with double bed and wardrobes.
The second bedroom next to it, is furnished with two single beds and wardrobes.

The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a double bed.

The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.

All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and if you rent during the slightly cooler season you have comfortable heating floors throughout the apartment.
Note that the TV is available in the bedroom with the two single beds and not in the living room

The apartment is situated on the second floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located between Cannes and Cannes La Bocca, only 2 min walk to the beach (Plage du Midi) which you reach via a private street. About 200m towards La Bocca is the part of the beach called Plage des Rochers which is a beach strip with rock formations. Has always been a popular beach for families with children. During the summer (until October / November) there are kiosks along the beach where you can buy coffee, ice cream, drinks, baguettes, etc.

Central Cannes is about 20 minutes on foot along the beach and if you walk the other direction, west, you will reach La Bocca in about 5 - 10 minutes where you can find shops, restaurants and other services.

  • Cannes city center: 20 - 25 min. Or 10 min by bus. Bus stop in front of the gate.
  • La Bocca center: 10 min
  • Restaurants: 10 min (La Bocca)
  • Train station: Cannes La Bocca, 5 min.

Parking

There is a small number of shared parking spaces on the private street inside the gate. (Subject to availability.)
It is also possible to park along the beach, on the Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau.
There are a number of spaces on the other side of the street, Avenue Docteur Raymond Picaud.

  2. The apartment matched exactly the high standard of the accomodation and it's location which was advertised. The bus stop is at the door and the regularity of the buses made access to La Bocca and Cannes very easy. While the train station is a short walk, we found it better to take the bus to Cannes station, from where there were more time options for the trains. Anders was a wonderful host and facilitated both access and departure times with our schedule. His responses to our queries before and during our stay were immediate and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our break and would be more than happy to stay there again.

  4. This lovely apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes centre but only 10mins in an uber to the main Croisette and a 10mins walk to the quieter beaches and restaurants. A perfect bolt hole and Anders an exceptional host - even with a very messy check-in from me. I cannot recommend highly enough. A legend of a host and a brilliant apartment.

  5. Very nice and spacious flat with everything you need. Very clean and nice. Anders is a perfect host as well. Only downside was that it is a bit far from the inner city, and you can hear the road from the bedrooms.

  6. Die Wohnung hat eine neuwertige und gute Ausstattung. Klimaanlage im jeden Zimmer. Die Lage ist super und man ist direkt in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus ,wen man nicht zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen möchte.

  7. Appartement très bien situé à cannes, a proximité immédiate de la plage et proche du centre-ville. L appartement a ete refait a neuf avec gout. Les chambres sont néanmoins assez bruyantes en raison de la route tres passante a proximité. L aménagement pourrait être ajusté en plaçant la télévision au salon et non dans une chambre.

  8. Wir waren fasziniert! Saubere, frisch renovierte Wohnung mit genug Platz für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (..wären sogar mehr möglich ;-) ) Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich gleich vor der Türe; die Strandpromenade ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und in 20 Min. gelangt man ins Zentrum von Cannes - PERFEKT! Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber Anders, für seine tollen Tipps und das unkomplizierte Check-In / Check-Out! Diese Unterkunft und Anders als Gastgeber können wir mit gutem Gewissen gerne weiterempfehlen. Familie Tüten
