This is the apartment for you who want to enjoy life on the Riviera in a spacious apartment. Well designed with large windows and doors that provide lots of sunlight for a sense of space and harmony.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 to modern design and high standard, everything is brand new. Located in a well-maintained residence in Palm Beach and close by are grocery, supermarket, bakery, fish dealer, butcher, post office and pharmacy.
The south/west facing terrace of just over 40 m2 follows the apartment on both sides of the house, with large glass doors from both the living room and the two bedrooms. At one end of the terrace you have a glazed area for late winter evenings which can be a little chilly even on the Riviera.
The terrace is the given place for a pleasant time with family or friends.
In the spacious living room is the kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything that may be needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wc and shower.
In the second bedroom you have two single beds which can either be arranged as one single bed or placed next to each other as two separate beds. And you have also an exit to the terrace.

All rooms have individual air conditioning and blinds and awnings that are electrically operated.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, with elevator.
Location
The apartment is located in Pointe Croisette, also known as Palm Beach which is like its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops, restaurants and beaches on three sides of the cape. There is a public beach just a short walk from the apartment with sailing and water sports club.
This is a top location for those who want to be close to what is happening in Cannes but still want to stay a little quieter. You will have everything within easy walking distance, the beach, shops, restaurants, best nightclubs like Le Baoli, the yacht port and much more.
The city center is a 10 - 15 minute walk along the Croisette. The Palais des Festivals can be reached in about 25 minutes by foot or in a few minutes by bus 8 which has an open top. It runs along the Croisette, between Palm Beach, Palais des Festivals and Vieux Port. More like a sightseeing than a regular bus ride. A bus stop is right next to the house.
