C'est l'appartement pour vous qui souhaitez profiter de la vie de la Riviera dans un appartement spacieux. Bien conçu avec de grandes fenêtres et portes qui offrent beaucoup de soleil pour une sensation d'espace et d'harmonie.

L'appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2019 avec un design moderne et des normes élevées, tout est flambant neuf. Situé dans une résidence bien entretenue à Palm Beach et à proximité se trouvent l’épicerie, le supermarché, la boulangerie, la poissonnerie, la boucherie, la poste et la pharmacie.

La terrasse orientée sud/ouest d'un peu plus de 40 m2 suit l'appartement d’une part et d'autre de l’appartement, avec des grandes baies vitrées à la fois du salon et des deux chambres. A une extrémité de la terrasse vous avez un espace vitré pour les soirées de fin d'hiver qui peuvent être un peu fraîches même sur la Riviera.
La terrasse est le lieu privilégié pour passer un agréable moment en famille ou entre amis.

Dans le salon spacieux se trouve le coin cuisine entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner.

La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain attenante avec wc et douche.
Dans la deuxième chambre, vous avez deux lits simples qui peuvent être disposés en un seul lit ou placés l'un à côté de l'autre comme deux lits séparés. Et vous avez aussi une sortie sur la terrasse.

Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation individuelle et des stores et auvents à commande électrique.

L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage, avec ascenseur.

Emplacement

L'appartement est situé à la Pointe de la Croisette, également connue sous le nom de Palm Beach, qui a comme sa propre petite communauté au bout de la Croisette avec des boutiques, des restaurants et des plages sur trois côtés du cap. Il y a une plage publique à quelques pas de l'appartement avec un club de voile et de sports nautiques.

C'est un endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent être proches de ce qui se passe à Cannes tout en restant dans un milieu un peu plus calme. Vous aurez tout à distance de marche, la plage, les boutiques, les restaurants, les meilleures discothèques comme Le Baoli, le Port et bien d’autres activités.

Le centre-ville est à 10-15 minutes à pied le long de la Croisette. Le Palais des Festivals est accessible en 25 minutes environ à pied ou en quelques minutes en bus n°8 à toit ouvert. Il longe la Croisette, entre Palm Beach, Palais des Festivals et Vieux Port. Plus comme une visite touristique qu'un trajet régulier en bus. Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste à côté de la maison.

  • Plage: 4 min
  • Boulevard de la Croisette: 3 min
  • Palais des Festivals: 10 min en bus ou 25 min à pied.
  • Gare SNCF et gare routière avec les bus a destination de l'aéroport: 25 min à pied ou 10 min en taxi.
  • Restaurants: 7 min
  • Commerces de première nécessité et épicerie: juste devant la porte.

Si vous arrivez en voiture, vous disposez d'un "box" privé dans le garage. Hauteur: 165 cm, largeur: 245 cm

  1. Comfortable apartment with a lovely large easily accessible terrace. The 2nd bedroom is small so probably not suited for 2 people. The larger bedroom is larger and has an ensuite - but without a door, so not very private. Overall a very nice property.

  2. Our second time at Ariane and a perfect stay once again. Anders is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful, particularly when our return flight was cancelled at short notice which meant alot to us, thank you. And Olga, from the team, who drove us to and from the airport was brilliant, too. The apartment was as wonderful as we remembered it. I would thoroughly recommend this and would absolutely use Anders and Destination Cannes again. Thanks so much.

  4. Wir haben die Wohnung zum dritten Mal gebucht. Das sagt sicher alles. Wir buchen sie sicher auch ein weiteres Mal. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Man kann zum Strand und in die Stadt laufen, Einkaufen und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Einfach super....

  7. The apartment was as listed. Very clean with a lovely spacious balcony area - very bright and comfortable, with nice modern bathrooms. Host was responsive and friendly. Car parking was a bit tricky into the box - we have a big car - but once we got the hang of it (best to reverse in) it was an added bonus.

  9. Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance of the beach and the attractions of Cannes. A very comfortable stay with so many places to relax in the apartment we were spoiled for choice! Brilliant facilities and spotlessly clean...lovely location too, very quiet. Anders is a brilliant host, quick to respond and happy to sort out any queries with an offer of help at any time if it was needed. Really reassuring to know that he was happy to help if necessary. Can't fault anything and would definitely recommend.

  10. For anyone looking to book this accommodation you will not be disappointed, and would most definitely recommend this as a perfect holiday apartment, we will definitely be returning again. We are family of 4 and apartment was very spacious to accommodate us all, everything was clean and very comfortable, contains everything needed throughout holiday. Location was great, just outside apartment there are a couple of supermarkets, butchers and bakery where we picked up our morning breakfast croissant’s and then enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony. Took about a 20 min slow walk into town but allows you to enjoy the beachfront and designer shops on the way. Anders was amazing, any queries we sent to him he responded back imminently. He was most obliging to ensure we were comfortable and was just a message away if we needed anything at all. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be looking to return again!

  13. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet. So wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man ist schnell am Strand und das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich im die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt, die Betten der Kinder haben furchtbar geknarrt. aber sonst waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

  17. The apartment was amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks. Anytime we had a question—Anders and his team were quick to answer and send someone if needed. The apartment is a great location and a 10 mins walk to the beach clubs and restaurants. The casino grocery store, bakery, and butcher shop were right near the apartment

Прекрасная квартира в очень хорошем состоянии,все оборудование новое и исправно работает,на кухне есть все что нужно и даже больше,место тихое и спокойное,куда не поверни -везде море ,безопасно и красиво .Места в квартире очень много ,огромная веранда с летней мебелью ,очень здорово обедать или ужинать на свежем воздухе.Снимайте смело ,Марина и Андерс отзывчивы и решат любой Ваш вопрос ,им отельное спасибо за гостеприимство.
