The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator in a traditional building near Marché Forville and the Old Port. It offers two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a bright living room with dining area, an open kitchen, one bathroom with shower and WC, plus a separate guest toilet. High ceilings and large windows give the apartment a generous feel, with natural light throughout the main living areas.

Please note: renovation works are currently taking place at Marché Forville, next to the building.
This may cause construction noise during the daytime.

The apartment is located where Le Suquet meets central Cannes, close to Marché Forville, the Old Port, Rue Meynadier and the Palais des Festivals.
Marché Forville is one of Cannes’ main food markets, with local produce, fish, cheese, flowers and small food shops in the surrounding streets.
Restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport are all within a few minutes by foot. The short walking distance to the Palais des Festivals makes the apartment well suited for congress visitors, while the nearby market and beaches also make it practical for holiday stays.

There is no private parking with the apartment.
The nearest parking garage is P02 - Parking Suquet Forville, located approx. 90 m from the building, with entrance at 6 rue Forville.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
