Studio apartment, just next to the beach (Plage du Midi) situated in a large private park with swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Perfect for a family with children who will have large lawns and green space to play in. The pool (inside a child-proof fence) is open all day from 08:30 – 21:00, and non-heated.

All in all, in a quiet and peaceful location.

From the apartment, large glass doors will take you from the living room out to a small private garden terrace.

The kitchen is well-equipped, including washing machine, dish washer, etc. You have a dinner table for 4-5 persons, that you can put out on the terrace. It is not hard to guess that the terrace will be your favorite place for both breakfast and dinner. Lunch can be enjoyed on the beach!

Location

The apartment is located in residence San Remo Bungalow, just off the Plage du Midi, a few minutes walk from Le Suquet (the Old Town of Cannes), and about 15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, the beaches and all else that Cannes has to offer.

A short 2-minute walk via the private park of the residence takes you to Plage du Midi where you will find a well-managed public beach. You will also find sections of the beach where you can rent a parasol, a mattress, etc. From the beach to the Palais des Festivals and further via the Croisette you will find a large number of restaurants, bars, from budget to very expensive.

If you want to start the morning with fresh seafood, vegetables, etc, you can walk to the town’s primary market, Marche Forville, open all days of the week except Monday.

  2. Amazing stay. Anders certainly made us feel welcome with some homely touches, including a nice bottle of wine on arrival! The location is perfect - private, but literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, which itself is stunning. The parking in the garage was of great assistance also. Further, the local Aldi is about a 7 minute walk (max) and has all the basic items you require for a stay. Not only would I stay again, I have already recommend this lovely apartment to my friends! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

  5. Top Lage, sehr schöne und helle Unterkunft. Von hier aus ist so viel zu Fuß erreichbar, dass man wirklich ohne Probleme einen ganzen Urlaub dort verbringen kann und nicht nur ein paar Tage.

  10. This is a great apartment three minutes from the beach. Neighborhood is quite and picturesque surrounded by trees. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Everything is very thought through and delivered with care. It's not my first time at this place and I will keep coming back!

  13. Wir haben dieses gemütliche Häuschen für 12 Tage gebucht. Familie mit kleinem (6 Jahre) Kind. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab auch als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein. Unser Auto wurde direkt in der privaten Tiefgarage unter dem Bungalow geparkt. Das Haus befindet sich in eine gesicherte und schöne grüne Anlage. Nur nach ein paar Schritten weiter ist man direkt am Meer an einem sandigen Strand, wo wir uns fast jeden Tag aufgehalten. Auch vom Zentrum Cannes ist es nur 10-15 Gehminuten entlang schöne Strandpromenade entfernt. Der Supermarkt (Leader Price) ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Bungalow an sich ist gemütlich, groß genug für kleine Familie, gut ausgestattet und hat eigene nette Terrasse mit grünen Bäumchen herum. Man kann ungestört am großen Tisch mit der Familie essen und das Wetter genießen. Im Haus ist sehr sauber, es gibt alles, was man für gewöhnlichen Haushalt braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd und Backoffen, das Geschirr ist vorhanden, die Töpfe, Pfanne, Salatschüsseln, Teller klein und groß, Tassen und sogar die Gläser für alle Getränke, die man mag (Weingläser, Biergläser, Cocktailgläser). Nur die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht automatisch, aber Kaffeepulver und Filter waren netterweise für uns bereitgestellt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind frisch und weich. Badezimmer ist modern ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für die Kosmetika und Sonstiges. Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und funktioniert super. Was wir nicht nutzen konnten, ist der Fernseher. Leider haben wir keine außer französische Kanäle gefunden. Dafür ist aber die WLAN-Verbindung einwandfrei und schnell genug um die Filme online anzuschauen (zum Glück haben wir immer Notebook dabei) Marina und Anders (Die Besitzer) haben uns auch gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und Tipps für die Ausflüge gegeben. Wir konnten problemlos per „WhatsApp“ chatten. Danke! Alles in einem war es sehr netter und gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und werden es in der Zukunft gerne wie

  14. Das Appartment hat eine ideale Lage zum Strand . Die Altstadt sowie der Hafen und die Einkaufszone sind ebenfalls sehr gut per Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist mit alles notwendingen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt. Check-in und Check-out waren durch eine Mitarbeiterin sehr gut organisiert. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Residenz. Auf das Auto kann man während des Aufenthaltes gut verzichten.

  15. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Gute 100m zum Strand, in Fussdistanz zum Zentrum von Cannes, inkl. Altstadt, Frisch-Markt und Hafen. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt gut 300m. Wären wir nicht zweimal nach St. Tropez gefahren, hätten wir das Auto zwei Wochen nicht gebraucht. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Unglücklicherweise ist die Geschirrwaschmaschine genau in der Zeit ausgefallen, als wir dort waren. Anders hat sich aber zeitnah und fürsorglich um eine Lösung eingesetzt, was aber aufgrund der Hochsaison und fehlender Teile bis nicht so rasch erfolgen konnte. Bad luck, aber so etwas kann passieren. Trotzdem werden wir nach Möglichkeit wieder versuchen, unsere Cannes Ferien in diesem Appartment zu verbringen. Die Übernahme des Appartements war ebenfalls gut organisiert und wir wurden über alles Wissenswerte informiert. Der Pool ist wie die gesamte Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Mit anderen Worten, wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Danke Anders.

  16. Vi (2 voksne og 1 barn) har hatt 11 nydelige dager Cannes og i Anders leilighet. Alt i umiddelbar nærhet, spesielt stille og avslappende område, og nær strand, sentrum og gammelby av Cannes. Bassenget var fint, også stille og rolig og aldri overbefolket. Leiligheten har absolutt alt du trenger når det kommer til matlaging, likte dette veldig godt.. Så det er fullt mulig å lage ordentlige middager her. Akkurat som hjemme. Anders er veldig hyggelig, konkret og ærlig og har du spørsmål opplevde vi at han svarte raskt og var behjelpelig. Marta som var tilstede ved inn- og utsjekk var også veldig hyggelig, også hun tilgjengelig og alltid rask med tilbakemeldinger på de få spørsmålene vi hadde. Har ingen problemer med å anbefale dette stedet.

  17. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. My previously booked apartment had been sold, and this owner personally helped me at the last moment to secure a cute little bungalow. Everything that you may need is here. Close to the beach and a quick 15 minute walk to the Palais des festivals. Very secure with magnetic gates to enter the grounds. Thank you Anders!

  19. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Ren och rymlig lägenhet som hade allt vi behövde. Supernära stranden! Enda nackdelen var att det var en bit att gå in till "centrum". Skulle vara toppen om lägenheten hade tre cyklar man kunde använda sig utav, då hade den varit hur bra som helst!

  20. It was a fantastic holiday in a dreamlike environment. The apartment is very clean and very well located. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. What one misses a bit are perhaps two sunbathes for the terrass and German television. Cannes is ideally located to make from there many great excursions. The enclosed habitation gives a very safe feeling. The organization of the booking, the payment, the journey - consistently very friendly, competent and reliable. For us always worth a return!

  21. The compartment is compact and has everything which you need. My boys, aged 9 and 12, loved the pool (it is a third shallow and then goes really deep). We also loved being so close to the beach and the centre of Cannes. The price we paid was reasonable too. Thank you.
