If you want to stay near the beach, in an apartment with a large terrace of 45 m2, on the top floor, this is the apartment for you.

On the terrace you have morning sun, and then a lovely sun in the afternoon and evening. A given place to both sunbathe and enjoy everything from a lunch to dinner.

The living room has a sofa group and TV with satellite channels. From the living room you have access to a smaller balcony which also has access from the kitchen.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
In the second bedroom there are two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most things you could need, including a washing machine. There is also a dining table with seating for 4+ people. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace and also to the smaller balcony.

Bathroom with bath and toilet. Separate guest toilet in the corridor.

Individual air conditioning in all rooms.

We believe that this apartment is best suited for you who want a quiet and relaxing holiday but still be close to both the beach and the city center. With two bedrooms and only 8-9 to the Palais des Festivals, it is also a good choice for a company attending one of the many congresses in Cannes.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located at the foot of Le Suquet (old town) and close to everything Cannes has to offer: beach life, entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

A short 2-minute walk will take you to a well-kept public beach. Next to it are paid beaches where you can rent a sun lounger with parasol.
If you want to experience the old Cannes, you can go up a flight of stairs that takes you up to the top of Le Suquet where you have a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. In Le Suquet there are also restaurants, both those that usually have an offer for tourists and also some good restaurants where you mostly find the locals.

If you want to experience several areas around Cannes, the bus stop is outside the entrance to the house
