Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the Palais, this apartment is perfect for both holidaymakers and business travelers attending a congress.

The apartment is fresh and tastefully decorated, with a bright, modern atmosphere. It features a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in a secluded part of the living room that can easily be turned into an extra bedroom thanks to a practical sliding door – ideal if you're traveling with family or friends.

All rooms have air conditioning. You'll also find a TV in both the bedroom and living room, along with fast Wi-Fi for work or leisure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and electric cooktop – everything you need if you prefer to cook at home instead of dining out. The bathroom with shower, includes a washing machine, making longer stays easy and convenient.

The apartment is located on the top (sixth) floor of the building. The elevator takes you to the fifth floor, and from there it's just one flight of stairs up to the apartment. Here, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet while still being just steps from the lively heart of Cannes.

The apartment is situated in the very heart of Cannes, just steps from Rue d’Antibes, in the area affectionately known as “the banana” – named after the curved shape formed by the Croisette and the railway line stretching between Le Suquet and Palm Beach.
This is one of Cannes’ most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, where everything is close at hand. No car is needed – within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the main shopping street Rue d’Antibes, the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, and the beautiful beaches.

  7. Lovely little cute Airbnb perfectly centered in the heart of Cannes. Right in front of the train station, next to the Monoprix and nearby to all the shops and restaurants! The flat is actually very quite at night, just far enough away just in case you want to escape the lively night life of Cannes. There’s also plenty of AC for those hot summer months! The bathroom was recently renovated and was very nice as well! I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

  8. This place was perfect! I stayed there on my own but there was plenty of space for more. I had actually been staying in Cannes at another place for work but wanted to extend. My coworkers left me with a lot of their items and Anders team was extremely helpful and went out of their way to get the extra luggage up to the top. The place has everything you need and is close by the train. Perfect for if you want to hop over to Nice or even take a few days over to Paris. Spectacular place and I’d definitely come back.

  13. Wir hatten die Wohnung, die gerade mal 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist, für eine Woche im September gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten und können sie nur empfehlen.

Nice decorated and well planned with the sliding doors to separate the sofa bed from the living room into an extra bedroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts who takes care of everything you might need.
