Mona Flora is a newly renovated and fresh apartment of high standard, only 150 m from the beach of Plage du Midi.
The living room faces south with large glass doors onto the terrace, which can be pushed away completely giving a feeling of both space and light.
The entire apartment is tastefully decorated in bright and calm colors, airy furnished with thoughtful details.

In the living room you have also the kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything that may be needed for breakfast or dinner with family and friends. All equipment from oven to a Nespresso coffee maker for your breakfast.

The two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The first bedroom is furnished with double bed and wardrobes.
The second bedroom next to it, is furnished with two single beds and wardrobes.

The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a double bed.

The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.

All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and if you rent during the slightly cooler season you have comfortable heating floors throughout the apartment.
Note that the TV is available in the bedroom with the two single beds and not in the living room

The apartment is situated on the second floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located between Cannes and Cannes La Bocca, only 2 min walk to the beach (Plage du Midi) which you reach via a private street. About 200m towards La Bocca is the part of the beach called Plage des Rochers which is a beach strip with rock formations. Has always been a popular beach for families with children. During the summer (until October / November) there are kiosks along the beach where you can buy coffee, ice cream, drinks, baguettes, etc.

Central Cannes is about 20 minutes on foot along the beach and if you walk the other direction, west, you will reach La Bocca in about 5 - 10 minutes where you can find shops, restaurants and other services.

• Train station: Cannes La Bocca, 5 min.

Parking

There is a small number of shared parking spaces on the private street inside the gate. (Subject to availability.)
It is also possible to park along the beach, on the Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau.
There are a number of spaces on the other side of the street, Avenue Docteur Raymond Picaud.
