This one bedroom apartment is situated at the front row at Plage du Midi and offer a beautiful view of the beaches, the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains.
In the bedroom you have two single beds and if you need additional bed space you have a sofa bed in the living room.

You have a terrace to the south overlooking the beach, with your own lemon tree.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The building has one entrance from Rue George Clemenceau and one from Boulevard du Midi Jean Hibert, the street along the beach.
The apartment was renovated 2020.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

The apartment is located on the Plage du Midi, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, Croisette and all else that Cannes has to offer.

  3. Excellent location - from front of apartment you are on the beach in a few seconds and nice cafe just outside front door for early morning breakfast. Bedroom is very dark but balcony and lounge very pleasant

  5. Alt med leiligheten og likedan servicen, var perfekt! Leiligheten er helt nyoppusset, har et rikt utstyrt kjøkken og stort bad. Utsikten er sjøen er også uslåelig! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake ;-)

My wife and I had a great time in this apartament, the living parts including the garden are excellent and the kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook, the night part is a bit small but we were fine also because it is very quiet. We will definitely come back. Best regards Roberto Moioli

  8. Tak for en skøn ferie i Anders’ lejlighed i Cannes. Perfekt beliggenhed, rent og lækkert og helt nyt. Super service fra Anders hele vejen igennem med afbooking og genbooking, da vi ikke vidste om vi måtte komme. Vi har holdt ferie i Cannes i mange år og det er helt sikkert en lejlighed vi gerne vil booke igen! Søde Olga modtog os og sagde farvel. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞😎 Lene og Claus Kolding

  9. Väldigt bra läge med stranden precis utanför samt fantastisk utsikt. Toppen med de två uppgångarna som gjorde att man åt ena hållet hade nära stranden och åt andra hållet närmare centrum. Vi saknade dock luftkonditionering i sovrummet som blev extremt varmt (även om luftkonditionering var på i vardagsrummet nådde den inte dit) vilket gjorde att vi fick flytta ut madrasserna och sova i vardagsrummet. Även befintlig luftkonditionering kändes som att den hade behövt uppdaterats då det inte fanns något mellanläge utan blåste väldigt mycket vilket gjorde det svårt att ha på den på natten. Terrassen kändes även den som att den hade kunnat fräschas upp något. I övrigt hade vi en toppenvecka som alltid med er och lika bra service som alltid! Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka igen nästa år :-)

  10. The apartment is lovely. It has a great location, 7 minutes to Palais de Festivals by foot. Nice, cozy living room, the kitchen, and bedroom are not large. It has the greatest terrace. The host organized everything perfectly. We will definitely stay at this apartment next time.

  11. Hej Anders Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Cannes. Mycket med ☀️Lägenheten är mycket väl utrustad 🍽🍸🥄🍴☕️🛋🛌🚿🚽🖼och läget är fantastiskt👍😎. Några små detaljer som ni förmodligen redan vet. Ytterdörren till lägenheten är trög och skruvarna vid handtaget utvändigt sitter lite löst. Jag skruvade in dem men de är påväg ut igen. Möss i blomlådan, inget vi är rädda för men bra för er att veta. Stupränna igensatt, därav läckage vid regn. Duschreglage blir extremt hett på ena sidan, det gör ont att bränna sig.... Bra service från Shivam👍😎 Perfekt att bli hämtad och skjutsad t.o.r flygplats. Tack för den här gången! Atte 🕺& Annika 💃
