The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access in a residential building in Pointe Croisette. With a total surface area of approximately 47 m², it offers a practical layout, modern standard and good natural light. The apartment is well suited for couples, friends or a small family looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach.

Location

The apartment is located in the sought-after area of Pointe Croisette (also known as Palm Beach), directly opposite Plage Moure Rouge. This is a quieter part of Cannes with easy access to beaches, seaside promenades, local restaurants and shops. The beach is public and free of charge, with ample space even during high season. The water is often calmer here than closer to the city centre, making it popular with locals and families.

The city centre and the Palais des Festivals can be reached on foot along Boulevard de la Croisette or by public transport.

Parking

Street parking is available in the surrounding area. In the Palm Beach area, street parking is generally free of charge, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Other things to note

• Bed linen and two towels per guest (one small, one large) are provided. Beach towels are not included.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis, but a small starter kit with hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper is provided for the first days.
