This apartment with balcony to the south-east is located only a few steps from the beach for wonderful holidays.
You have a living room with sofa, TV and an american kitchen with most things you may need on your holiday.

Bedroom with two single beds. The sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a bed space.
Fully tiled bathroom with shower, separate WC.

And of course wifi and air conditioning.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located at the beach in Pointe Croisette or Palm Beach as this part of Cannes is also called. Along the beach there are restaurants, a water sports club where you can rent boats, sailing boards, etc.

Palm Beach is like its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops, restaurants and with beaches on three sides of the headland.

The city center is just minutes away by bus No. 8 or a 20-minute walk along the Croisette.
Bus 8, which has an open second floor, is perfect for traveling along the Croisette, between Palm Beach, the Palais des Festivals and the other end of the bay. More like a sightseeing than a regular bus trip.

Parking

Parking is possible on the streets nearby. Street parking in Palm Beach is in most cases free of charge.

  2. Ander’s place is in a perfect location by the sea, protected from the chaos of the Croisette but still just a very nice walk away from downtown. I was there during the Film Festival, and it was the perfect refuge. The apartment itself is beautiful and stylish, with a big terrace overlooking the nearby port. Anders is very responsive and helpful, and even provided me with an airport pick up, which was a huge help. I would go back next year no doubts, and I can recommend it to everyone visiting Cannes, who is looking to stay in a more authentic neighbourhood, rather than in the touristic centre.

  3. We had an excellent holiday. The apartment provided everything we needed. Anders was always available. We enjoyed breakfasts at a beach cafe just 2mins away and many meals in Cannes town and at beach restaurants- 25-30 mins walk. Coastal rail is impressive and inexpensive and opened up the whole coast to us. water-sports available opposite the apartment. Wonderful location. Recommended.

  6. Great stay, the flat is very well located, close to the beach, in a peaceful area. The sea view is stunning. The flat is well accommodated. We really enjoy the vacation.

  7. Je recommande cet appartement idéalement situé au bout de la croisette. Assez grand pour 2 personnes et tout confort. Très facile pour garer sa voiture et accès à la mer direct. Plage magnifique et quartier agréable.

  8. Perfect location 20min. walk from the palais. The beach is right in front of the apartment. Very spacious and clean as well. You have everything you need, such as laundry machine, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. Communication was also perfect with Anders.
