L'appartement est bien agencé avec un balcon qui s'ouvre sur la mer.
Depuis le salon, vous avez des grandes portes vitrées sur le balcon qui offre une vue panoramique sur la plage du Midi, la Méditerranée et les montagnes de l'Estérel. Le soir, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le canapé à l'extérieur sur le balcon et profiter du coucher de soleil sur les montagnes de l'Estérel. Le matin, vous avez le lever du soleil à l'est. Comme une nouvelle peinture chaque jour.

Le salon dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris un lave-linge.

Vous disposez d'une alcôve (avec porte) avec deux lits simples aménagés en lit double. Si vous souhaitez des lits séparés vous disposez d'un canapé lit double grand confort dans le séjour.

L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur.

L'appartement est situé directement dans la rue qui suit la plage (Plage du Midi) au pied du Suquet (vieille ville) et à proximité de tout ce que Cannes peut offrir en termes de vie balnéaire, de divertissement, de shopping et de restaurants.

L'un des meilleurs endroits que vous puissiez imaginer si vous voulez rester au bord de la plage et toujours au centre.
À la Plage du Midi, vous trouverez à la fois une plage publique bien gérée et des zones où vous pourrez louer des transats, un parasol, etc. Il y a également un certain nombre de restaurants pour que vous puissiez déjeuner directement sur la plage.

Parking

Le parking public le plus proche est le Parking Laubeuf qui se situe dans le port, Vieux Port, à environ 110 m de la maison.
Il existe également des places de parking autour du parc Square Mistral, situé Boulevard du Midi Jean Hibert, à environ 250 m à l'ouest

  1. What a gem! Anders was a great host, always responsive and helpful. The location is stunning with amazing view, and as it is just on the other side of the harbour, the city center js within easy reach while you can enjoy local beach life. We spent most it the time at the cosy terrace, which is like an additional room. Thanks again Anders and see you definitely again next year!

  5. Andres's place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view. Originally we were concerned that we might be a little further out than we wanted however, this ended up being the PERFECT location. We still were able to walk into town whenever we wanted. The restaurants/cafes below the apartment were wonderful - we went to breakfast every morning at the same café before starting our day. The cleanliness and attention to detail were next level. Andres did an amazing job making a smaller space feel larger with the décor and ambience of the patio. There is a public parking lot that is close to the apartment which worked out perfectly since we had a car. Another concern of ours that was not an issue. 10/10 for this apartment. We LOVED our stay.

  6. Andrés’s place was perfect. The view from the flat was spectacular. I couldn’t get enough just sitting on the veranda looking out at the sea. The living area was a good size, the bedroom just for the bed. It was a great local you could pretty much walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Ander's & Marina's lovely little apartment was just what I was looking for...simple, safe, clean, compact and wonderfully positioned to explore the wonders of Cannes...either to the east or to the west with the stunning beach side just across the road and a plethora of Restaurants of all genres within seconds from the front door. Perfectly positioned at the foot of the Old Town and the Castle above. The beautiful relaxing private balcony picture-framing the magnificent turquoise sea was a terrific spot for a leisurely breakfast and a big breath at the end of a long day. Anders was so accommodating throughout and indeed was so flexible on both an early in-person welcoming arrival and orientation by Marina and a much appreciated late departure. Guys...a huge thanks! I would recommend A&M's Airbnb most highly. Johnny

  9. Le séjour était parfait. J'aurais pu passer tout mon séjour sur le balcon tellement il était agréable! La vue est superbe, la cuisine est super bien équipée, la douche agréable et le lit confortable. Alors oui, le prix peut piquer un peu mais on ne peut pas rêver mieux comme logement et comme hôte. J'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

  13. This is the best location! Waking up every morning to a picturesque scene was amazing. The cozy space worked out well for my daughter and I for our week stay. The deck space was our favorite place to sit and look out at the beautiful water, play cards, and have meals. There were two flights of stairs to carry luggage up which wasn’t too hard. We definitely recommend Ander’s place.

  19. Wir lieben Cannes und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Ein Highlight in der Wohnung ist definitiv der Balkon. Wir lieben es selbst zu kochen und wir hatten Abends stets eine tolle Atmosphäre auf dem Balkon. Bei gutem Wein und Essen konnten wir die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Unten im Restaurant gab's manchmal Livemusik (wir haben diese sehr genossen :)) Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Cannes <3

  21. Beautiful place, very central so many options for food and wandering, the main sell of the place is the balcony looking over the beach many a hour spent relaxing listening to the waves and taking in the ambiance. Felt very safe and secure Highly recommend for a stay in Cannes

  22. En helt fantastisk leilighet rett ved stranden i Cannes. Perfekt for venninnetur som vi var på eller for et par. Nydelig terrasse med utsikt til havet, med daybed og spiseplass. En lettstelt, liten og koselig leilighet med alt man trenger. Hit kommer jeg veldig gjerne igjen. God kommunikasjon med vertene som snakket svensk, vi ble også kjørt til flyplassen ved avreise mot betaling, det kunne ikke vært bedre! :) Takk for denne gang!

  26. The place has a really good view to the beach. It’s located neatly in the center of Cannes. That location has the beaches really close and it’s not a noisy area. The apartment has many things at your disposal. Mr Anders (the host) is on point with everything and trust-worthy.

  31. Le studio est très bien placé. Les plages sont moins bondées que Croisette. La mer est propre. Une très belle vue même si la route qui passe devant est un peu bruitante, c’est vraiment agréable de profiter le paysage et la mer.

  33. Fantastisk beliggenhet, med stranden rett over gaten og kort vei til sentrum! Veldig koselig å sitte på balkongen og se på livet utenfor. Det eneste vi savnet i leiligheten var litt flere kleshengere og knagger til å henge fra oss klærne våre.
