Это квартира для тех, кому важно, чтобы вокруг было много свободного пространства. Она расположена в ухоженной резиденции с маленьким парком. Рядом с домом находятся супермаркет, булочная, рыбный магазин, мясная лавка, почта и аптека.
Чётко спроектированная с большими окнами и дверями квартира заливает все комнаты солнечным светом и создают ощущение пространства и гармонии.
В 2019 году апартаменты были полностью отремонтированы - современный дизайн, высокий стандарт, новая мебель!

Терраса 40 м2 расположена буквой Г и выходит на юг и запад. Здесь предостаточно места, чтобы проводить много времени в кругу семьи или с друзьями. На неё выходят большие стеклянные двери из гостиной и из обеих спален. В конце террасы есть застекленная веранда, где можно провести спокойный вечер при зажжённых свечах за книгой с бокалом французского вина.

В просторной гостиной находится кухонная зона, полностью оборудованная для завтрака, обеда или ужина.
В первой спальне двуспальная кровать и собственная ванная комнату с туалетом и душем.
Во второй спальне две односпальные кровати, которые можно сдвинуть вместе или поставить рядом друг с другом.
Вторая ванная комната и туалет расположены в коридоре.
Во всех комнатах индивидуальный кондиционер, электрические жалюзи и тенты от солнца.

Квартира расположена на четвёртом этаже с лифтом.

Расположение

Это оптимальный выбор для тех, кто хочет быть недалеко от центра Канн, но жить в тихом районе. В нескольких минутах неспешной ходьбы находятся пляж, магазины, рестораны, лучшие ночные клубы, (к примеру Le Baoli), гавань, парк и другие прелести.
До центра можно дойти за 10 - 15 прогулявшись по набережной Круазетт. До Дворца Фестивалей 25 минут пешком или несколько минут на автобусе. Автобус №8 с открытым верхом, он превращает вашу поездку в приятный осмотр достопримечательностей. Маршрут проходит вдоль набережной Круазетт до Старого порта. Автобусная остановка рядом с домом.

  1. Comfortable apartment with a lovely large easily accessible terrace. The 2nd bedroom is small so probably not suited for 2 people. The larger bedroom is larger and has an ensuite - but without a door, so not very private. Overall a very nice property.

  2. Our second time at Ariane and a perfect stay once again. Anders is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful, particularly when our return flight was cancelled at short notice which meant alot to us, thank you. And Olga, from the team, who drove us to and from the airport was brilliant, too. The apartment was as wonderful as we remembered it. I would thoroughly recommend this and would absolutely use Anders and Destination Cannes again. Thanks so much.

  4. Wir haben die Wohnung zum dritten Mal gebucht. Das sagt sicher alles. Wir buchen sie sicher auch ein weiteres Mal. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Man kann zum Strand und in die Stadt laufen, Einkaufen und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Einfach super....

  7. The apartment was as listed. Very clean with a lovely spacious balcony area - very bright and comfortable, with nice modern bathrooms. Host was responsive and friendly. Car parking was a bit tricky into the box - we have a big car - but once we got the hang of it (best to reverse in) it was an added bonus.

  9. Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance of the beach and the attractions of Cannes. A very comfortable stay with so many places to relax in the apartment we were spoiled for choice! Brilliant facilities and spotlessly clean...lovely location too, very quiet. Anders is a brilliant host, quick to respond and happy to sort out any queries with an offer of help at any time if it was needed. Really reassuring to know that he was happy to help if necessary. Can't fault anything and would definitely recommend.

  10. For anyone looking to book this accommodation you will not be disappointed, and would most definitely recommend this as a perfect holiday apartment, we will definitely be returning again. We are family of 4 and apartment was very spacious to accommodate us all, everything was clean and very comfortable, contains everything needed throughout holiday. Location was great, just outside apartment there are a couple of supermarkets, butchers and bakery where we picked up our morning breakfast croissant’s and then enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony. Took about a 20 min slow walk into town but allows you to enjoy the beachfront and designer shops on the way. Anders was amazing, any queries we sent to him he responded back imminently. He was most obliging to ensure we were comfortable and was just a message away if we needed anything at all. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be looking to return again!

  13. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet. So wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man ist schnell am Strand und das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich im die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt, die Betten der Kinder haben furchtbar geknarrt. aber sonst waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

  17. The apartment was amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks. Anytime we had a question—Anders and his team were quick to answer and send someone if needed. The apartment is a great location and a 10 mins walk to the beach clubs and restaurants. The casino grocery store, bakery, and butcher shop were right near the apartment

Прекрасная квартира в очень хорошем состоянии,все оборудование новое и исправно работает,на кухне есть все что нужно и даже больше,место тихое и спокойное,куда не поверни -везде море ,безопасно и красиво .Места в квартире очень много ,огромная веранда с летней мебелью ,очень здорово обедать или ужинать на свежем воздухе.Снимайте смело ,Марина и Андерс отзывчивы и решат любой Ваш вопрос ,им отельное спасибо за гостеприимство.
