Situé en première ligne, directement devant la plage (Plage du Midi) avec une vue magnifique sur la plage, la Méditerranée et les montagnes de l'Estérel.
L'appartement a été récemment rénové et décoré et meublé avec du goût.

L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples.
Depuis le lit de la première chambre, vous avez la plus belle vue sur la mer !

Le séjour avec cuisine américaine possède une sortie sur la terrasse qui s'étend le long de tout l'appartement.
Vous disposez d'une table à manger dans le salon ainsi que d'une petite table et d'un joli canapé sur la terrasse.

L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage, avec ascenseur.

Emplacement

L'appartement est situé juste à côté de la Plage du Midi, à quelques minutes à pied du Suquet (la vieille ville de Cannes) et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Palais des Festivals, de la Croisette et de tout ce que Cannes a à offrir.
L'entrée principale de l'immeuble se fait par la rue Georges Clemenceau.
Une deuxième entrée qui vous amène directement sur la Plage du Midi où vous trouverez une plage publique bien gérée et des tronçons de plage où vous pourrez louer un parasol, un transat, etc.

  • Plage: juste devant la porte
  • Palais des Festivals: 10 min
  • Gare SNCF et gare routière avec les bus a destination de l'aéroport: 15 min
  • Restaurants: juste devant la porte
  • Commerces de première nécessité et épicerie: 5 min

Parking

Le parking public le plus proche est le Parking Laubeuf qui est situé dans le Vieux Port, à environ 350 m de la maison.
Il y a aussi des places de parking autour du parc Square Mistral le quel est près de la maison.

  1. A compact apartment with wonderful views. An older apartment block with lovely quiet residents so would not suit young people/families but was perfect for the rest needed. Wonderful situation close to beach, restaurants, bars and town.

  2. Great apartment with a fantastic sea view. Well equipped apartment, with 2 minutes access to the beach. Bakery and restaurants nearby, but the nearest quality supermarket is a bit away from the apartment. You can buy water and other drinks in a shop just around the corner. We had a great stay, and we will highly recommend. Anders and his team is easy to get in contact with, and responding very quick. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

  3. Very good location with unobstructed sea view. Nice sandy beach across the street. Good soft beach clubs with good food. Short walk to central Cannes and the old town around the corner. You always feel safe renting through Anders!

  5. Très bel appartement, bien situé dans le quartier du Suquet, avec une vue magnifique sur l'Esterel. La plage est juste en bas (plage publique du Midi, gratuite, ou plages privées). Anders était top et Olga aussi pour l'accueil et le départ. Appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Vraiment un super séjour!

  13. Climatisation très faible et uniquement dans le salon. Lit principal très haut et trop mou. Mauvaise odeur de canalisation au niveau de la salle d’eau. Très bien équipé niveau électroménager. Emplacement très bien. Bon contact avec Anders et ses équipes. Nous ferons appel à eux lors de notre prochain séjour mais dans un autre appartement.

The view made the stay wonderful. We spent hours staring at the sea and the colors in the Esterel. We should have stayed longer!

You can spend your time admiring the sea, the Esterel mountains and the sunsets if you are lucky :) The appartement is very good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, perfect location!   29. Lägenheten har framförallt en fantastisk utsikt och möjlighet sitta på balkongen. Dessvärre är det relativt högljutt från trafik och hav som man inte tror då man är kanske 70 m ifrån. Balkongdörrarna skyddar dock från det mesta av ljudet. Väldigt trevlig välplanerad mindre lägenhet. Eftersom man vill vistas mycket på utsidan hade vi önskat lite mer komfortabla utemöbler. Annars var det bra,
