If you want to stay near the beach, in an apartment with a large terrace of 45 m2, on the top floor, this is the apartment for you.

On the terrace you have morning sun, and then a lovely sun in the afternoon and evening. A given place to both sunbathe and enjoy everything from a lunch to dinner.

The living room has a sofa group and TV with satellite channels. From the living room you have access to a smaller balcony which also has access from the kitchen.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
In the second bedroom there are two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most things you could need, including a washing machine. There is also a dining table with seating for 4+ people. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace and also to the smaller balcony.

Bathroom with bath and toilet. Separate guest toilet in the corridor.

Individual air conditioning in all rooms.

We believe that this apartment is best suited for you who want a quiet and relaxing holiday but still be close to both the beach and the city center. With two bedrooms and only 8-9 to the Palais des Festivals, it is also a good choice for a company attending one of the many congresses in Cannes.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located at the foot of Le Suquet (old town) and close to everything Cannes has to offer: beach life, entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

A short 2-minute walk will take you to a well-kept public beach. Next to it are paid beaches where you can rent a sun lounger with parasol.
If you want to experience the old Cannes, you can go up a flight of stairs that takes you up to the top of Le Suquet where you have a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. In Le Suquet there are also restaurants, both those that usually have an offer for tourists and also some good restaurants where you mostly find the locals.

If you want to experience several areas around Cannes, the bus stop is outside the entrance to the house

  • Train station and bus station for the airport coaches: 12 min
  • Restaurants: 3 min
  • Shops for essentials and grocery: 5 min

Parking

You have your own private parking space in the garage. Note that the garage space is small, so you must not have too big a car. See one of the pictures with our BMW 3 Series parked.

  2. Fin leilighet med god plass, godt utstyrt og med solrik terrasse. Topp beliggenhet med kort vei til strand, samtidig midt i byen. 😊 Vi var fire voksne i vel to uker, manglet ingenting i leiligheten. Her kommer vi garantert tilbake. Anders alltid blid og hjelpsom 😊

  3. We had a wonderful week at the Palazzio. It's a quiet, relaxing place with a really good AC and a wonderful terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. When you go outside, there is the old town of Cannes, and everything you need is within a 5-Minute-Walk: Beach, restaurants, supermarket, markets, bank, bus. The communication with Anders was just fine. We will come back.

  4. We had a comfortable stay in this spacious and beautiful apartment. We stayed there for the Cannes Festival, and it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The breakfast on the large balcony was great. There is a bakery diagonally opposite that is open early in the morning. We were not worried because the host explained about check-in method in advance. We had a few inquiries during our stay, such as the lack of a plug in the bathtub, but they responded promptly and kindly.I highly recommend this place.

  6. We stayed the second time in this apartment and were again very happy with the stay. Flat was spotless clean, very well equipped and very comfortable furniture. Location perfect, within short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed a wonderful sunset the evenings on the big terrace. Communication with Anders and Marina was easy and quick, they are very helpful and welcoming.

  13. We had a wonderful stay at this very tastefully decorated apartment. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants and the market and at the same time very quiet. We loved the big terrace and enjoyed our stay very much. Communication, check in and checkout with Anders was very easy and helpful. A plus was also the private parking.
