This apartment with balcony to the south-east is located only a few steps from the beach for wonderful holidays.
You have a living room with sofa, TV and an american kitchen with most things you may need on your holiday.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located at the beach in Pointe Croisette or Palm Beach as this part of Cannes is also called. Along the beach there are restaurants, a water sports club where you can rent boats, sailing boards, etc.

Palm Beach is like its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops, restaurants and with beaches on three sides of the headland.

The city center is just minutes away by bus No. 8 or a 20-minute walk along the Croisette.
Bus 8, which has an open second floor, is perfect for traveling along the Croisette, between Palm Beach, the Palais des Festivals and the other end of the bay. More like a sightseeing than a regular bus trip.
