C'est l'appartement qu'il vous faut à la recherche d'un logement, au centre de Cannes.
Parfait pour un couple en vacances, et à seulement 4 min à pied du Palais des Festivals, c'est aussi l'appartement parfait pour une semaine de congrès.

L'appartement a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût.
Vous disposez d'une chambre avec deux lits simples, et si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace de couchage, vous disposez d'un canapé-lit dans une partie du salon qui peut être fermé par une porte coulissante. C'est donc une sorte de mélange entre un appartement d'une chambre et un appartement de deux chambres.

Vous disposez de la climatisation dans chaque chambre, du wifi, ainsi que de la télévision dans chaque pièce.

Dans la cuisine, vous disposez d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur, d'une plaque de cuisson électrique en verre.

Salle de bain avec WC et machine à laver.

L'appartement est situé au 6ème étage, avec ascenseur jusqu'au 5ème étage puis un escalier jusqu’à l'appartement.

Emplacement

L'appartement est situé au centre de Cannes, à deux pas de la rue d'Antibes, dans la partie cannoise communément appelée « banane » en raison de la forme de la Croisette et de la voie ferrée entre le Suquet et le Palm Beach. C'est une partie de Cannes que vous pouvez explorer à pied, tout est à courte distance donc aucune voiture n'est nécessaire.

A quelques minutes à pied vous avez la principale rue commerçante Rue d'Antibes, le Boulevard de La Croisette et les plages.

Le parking public le plus proche est le Parking Gare de Cannes à environ 300 m de l'appartement au 26 Place de la Gare.

Un autre parking public est le P05 - Parking Ferrage Meynadier et se situe à environ 450 m de l'appartement au 31 Boulevard de la Ferrage.

  7. Lovely little cute Airbnb perfectly centered in the heart of Cannes. Right in front of the train station, next to the Monoprix and nearby to all the shops and restaurants! The flat is actually very quite at night, just far enough away just in case you want to escape the lively night life of Cannes. There’s also plenty of AC for those hot summer months! The bathroom was recently renovated and was very nice as well! I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

  8. This place was perfect! I stayed there on my own but there was plenty of space for more. I had actually been staying in Cannes at another place for work but wanted to extend. My coworkers left me with a lot of their items and Anders team was extremely helpful and went out of their way to get the extra luggage up to the top. The place has everything you need and is close by the train. Perfect for if you want to hop over to Nice or even take a few days over to Paris. Spectacular place and I’d definitely come back.

  13. Wir hatten die Wohnung, die gerade mal 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist, für eine Woche im September gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten und können sie nur empfehlen.

Nice decorated and well planned with the sliding doors to separate the sofa bed from the living room into an extra bedroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts who takes care of everything you might need. Can definately recommend and hope to be back soon again!
