Cet appartement de 75 m² est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur d’un immeuble traditionnel proche du Vieux Port. Il comprend deux chambres avec lits doubles, un salon avec espace repas et une cuisine séparée. Le style provençal, les hauts plafonds et les grandes fenêtres apportent beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

Convient aussi bien à une famille avec enfants, deux couples, ou deux collègues en déplacement professionnel. Les voyageurs apprécient particulièrement la luminosité, le volume et l’emplacement central.

L'appartement est situé au troisième étage, sans ascenseur.

L’appartement se trouve à la jonction du quartier historique du Suquet et du centre-ville de Cannes, à proximité du boulevard de la Croisette et du Vieux Port. Il est situé juste à côté du Marché Forville, le cœur gastronomique de Cannes, réputé pour ses produits locaux de qualité.

La courte distance à pied jusqu’au Palais des Festivals en fait un choix privilégié pour les visiteurs de congrès.

  • Le linge de lit et les serviettes (une petite et une grande par personne) sont inclus. Les serviettes de plage ne sont pas fournies.
  • Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus dans le prix de la location.
  • L’appartement est loué en formule autonome, mais un petit kit de bienvenue est fourni : savon pour les mains, tablettes pour lave-vaisselle et papier toilette pour les premiers jours.

  2. Ubytování krásné, ale místy trošku zaprášené. Nachází se skvělém místě, v docházkové vzdálenosti pláž, vlak, centrum a supermarket hned za rohem. Klimatizace je v každém pokoji a kuchyň je plně vybavena. Velké plus byla báječná komunikace hostitele, odpovídal hned a pomáhal nám s tipy na výlety. Jediné s čím se musí počítat je, že ubytování se nachází v rušnější ulici, s otevřeným oknem se spát nedá.

  6. Wir waren im November 2023 wieder einmal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Alles ist sauber und praktisch, alles funktioniert, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - alles ist in der Nähe - Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkhaus, Markt, Hafen, Strand ....

  7. This is now the third time we have rented this lovely apartment in Cannes. You cannot get a more central location! Walking distance to all the nice restaurants, shopping, beaches and tourist attractions. The area is bustling and can be a bit noisy at times but if you feel like being part of the Cannes action this is the place for you! The flat is a bit older but is spacious and very clean and has everything you need. I would have loved a Nespresso machine but that is a personal preference. There is a filter coffee machine so not a bad compromise! Anders is a very kind host, always quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back again soon!

  10. Cannes was brilliant! We enjoyed our visit and my husband and I were with one of our daughters who was studying abroad. The location of this place was PERFECT! The best location we could have asked for. You can walk everywhere in fact most days we walked 5-8 miles. The viewers from this location are stunning. You get a true experience of Cannes from the morning through the evening. The open air market across the street is gorgeous. The walk to old town down the cobblestone streets and winding roads was beautiful with architectural beauty every which way you looked. The overall condo was clean, organized, had enough dishes and fridge/freezer space to bring back a few things from the market. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to hang up clothes. We would stay in this property again if visiting Cannes. The host gave us everything we needed for a memorable and delightful stay!

  15. Walking distance to many attractions from markets to beaches. Vibrant area with a birdseye view from the balcony. Market next door affording fresh food daily. Music and buzz from the streets below were enjoyable. Third floor, with no elevator, so be fit.
