Si vous souhaitez rester le plus près possible de la plage, cet appartement est fait pour vous.
Depuis le salon, vous avez une vue dégagée sur le balcon et sur la mer.

Au fond de l'appartement se trouve une alcôve avec un lit double. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de porte entre l'alcôve et le reste de l'appartement, c'est donc comme un semi-studio.
Si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace de couchage, le canapé du salon peut facilement être converti en un lit double.

Si vous voulez rester le près possible de la plage, cet appartement est fait pour vous.

L'appartement est très bien agencé avec un balcon donnant sur la mer.
Depuis le séjour vous avez une verrière face au balcon qui vous offre une vue panoramique sur la Plage du Midi, la Méditerranée et l'Estérel. Le soir, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le canapé à l'extérieur sur le balcon et profiter du coucher de soleil sur les montagnes de l'Estérel. Le matin, vous avez le lever du soleil à l'est.

Le salon dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge.

L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur.

Emplacement

L'appartement est situé directement dans la rue qui suit la plage (Plage du Midi) au pied du Suquet (vieille ville) et à proximité de tout ce que Cannes peut offrir en termes de vie balnéaire, de divertissement, de shopping et de restaurants.

L'un des meilleurs endroits que vous puissiez imaginer si vous voulez rester au bord de la plage et toujours au centre.
À la Plage du Midi, vous trouverez à la fois une plage publique bien gérée et des zones où vous pourrez louer des transats, un parasol, etc. Il y a également un certain nombre de restaurants pour que vous puissiez déjeuner directement sur la plage.

  • Palais des Festivals: 8 min
  • Gare SNCF et gare routière avec les bus a destination de l'aéroport: 15 min
  • Restaurants: juste devant la porte.
  • Commerces de première nécessité et épicerie: 5 min

Parking

Le parking public le plus proche est le Parking Laubeuf qui se situe dans le port, Vieux Port, à environ 110 m de la maison.
Il existe également des places de parking autour du parc Square Mistral, situé Boulevard du Midi Jean Hibert, à environ 250 m à l'ouest

  3. The apartment was great and exactly as described by Anders. Olga met me upon arrival and helped with an easy (and early) check-in. The view and ambiance were fabulous. The location was perfect for a working vacation on the Riviera.

  7. A fantastic stay in a very central location. Walking distance to everything from beach to station to market and supermarket. Some great restaurants on the same road too. Anders was brilliant at communicating both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend him and his apartments to anyone. Will definitely be using him again. Five stars!

  10. Very nicely located with great sea view. It’s small studio but very convenient and bright and with everything needed. We enjoyed our stay especially time at the balcony. Very close to the beach. There are shops and markets and restaurants and everything you might need nearby. The only thing that some noise might be heard from the street in the evening and from the neighboring apartment in the morning. Apart of that I would truly recommend the place.

It has a great terrace with a beautiful view of the water and is very conveniently located - close to Old Town, the Palais and the Croisette. We'll be back!

  12. The apartment was great. The view of the ocean was soothing to wake up to. I had breakfast on the patio every day and worked from there as well. Everything is walking distance from the apartment making is super convenient. Also Anders was very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this airbnb to others.

Leiligheten har en flott beliggenhet med kort vei til strand, sentrum og det en måtte trenge for å ha en fin ferieuke. Den innehar et praktisk inventar og kan trygt anbefales.   14. Vi har tidligere feriert mange år i Cannes og det var spesielt flott å komme tilbake nå i høst. Det er 4. gang vi leier gjennom Destination Cannes og er svært fornøyde med deres punktlighet, vennlighet og deres gode utvalg i leiligheter. Ref.24-Terrasses de la Mer 2 er en liten men praktisk og fin leilighet med en svært god beliggenhet. Stort ønske om å komme tilbake dit. Nils og Ellen Molin

  17. We had a nice stay at Anders place located 5 minutes from the Palais, with a view on the beach. We would recommend that place for anyone looking to stay in Cannes for a couple of days. Only point is that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor but other than that, place was perfect. Anders' place was very well located and very clean. Me and my wife had a nice stay there and would most probably stay there our next trip in Cannes. Jenny, our contact for the checkin, was very responsive and quick to sort out all our questions. We would recommend that place for anyone looking to stay in Cannes with a view on the beach and a couple of minutes from the Palais.
