This is the apartment for you who fancy industrial style and interior design. Renovated in 2020 in a style quite unique compared to our other apartments.
The interior is a mix of things from the owners' home country and finds from the local markets.

Living room with open kitchen and glass doors to the balcony facing south east.

First bedroom is furnished with a two single beds.
Second bedroom is with a double bed.
If you need additional bed space, the sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for one person.

Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer.
The bathroom is with bathtub, shower and WC. In the bathroom you will also find the washing machine.
Air conditioning with a unit in the living room.
There is a TV with an Apple TV and a Chrome cast. So you may use your own Apple ID or Google account to connect but there is no regular TV antenna or TV-box installed.

The apartment is best suited for a family with one or two children, or for two business travelers in Cannes to attend one of the congresses.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

Location

The apartment is located on the edge of the Le Suquet (the old town of Cannes), only a few minutes from the Plage du Midi, one of the most popular beaches in Cannes. In less than 5 minutes you are in Le Suquet with all restaurants, bars, and the old church and fortification.

Parking

  2. The apartment is really perfect and exactly as described in the pictures and also in the informational text. The location is perfect, to the beach it takes 5 min walk and an Aldi is just around the corner. Also the city center and the harbor can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Which was also absolutely advantageous, is the existing parking space in the underground garage. Anders and his team were always available to answer any questions, so the on-site support was wonderful. All in all the apartment is fully recommended.
