Beläget i första raden, direkt vid stranden (Plage du Midi) med en underbar utsikt över stranden, Medelhavet och Esterel-bergen.
Lägenheten är nyrenoverad och smakfullt inredd och möblerad.

Lägenheten har två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och ett andra sovrum med två enkelsängar.
Från sängen i det första sovrummet öppnar du dörrarna till terassen för att vakna till utsikten över havet.

Vardagsrum med barkök och utgång till terrassen som sträcker sig längs hela lägenheten.
Du har ett matbord i vardagsrummet och också ett litet bord och soffgrupp på terrassen.

Lägenheten är belägen på fjärde våningen, med hiss.

Läge

Lägenheten ligger med balkongen ut mot Plage du Midi, några minuters promenad från Le Suquet (gamla stan i Cannes), och mindre än 10 min promenad till Palais des Festivals, Croisette, och allt annat som Cannes har att erbjuda.

Huvudentrén till byggnaden är från Rue Georges Clemenceau och en andra entré tar dig direkt ner till Plage du Midi där du hittar en välskött allmän strand och strandrestauranger där man kan hyra ett parasoll, en madrass, etc.

Den närmaste allmänna parkering är Parking Laubeuf som ligger vid hamnen, View Port, ca 350 m från huset.
Det finns även parkeringsplatser runt parken Square Mistral som ligger bredvid huset.

  1. A compact apartment with wonderful views. An older apartment block with lovely quiet residents so would not suit young people/families but was perfect for the rest needed. Wonderful situation close to beach, restaurants, bars and town.

  2. Great apartment with a fantastic sea view. Well equipped apartment, with 2 minutes access to the beach. Bakery and restaurants nearby, but the nearest quality supermarket is a bit away from the apartment. You can buy water and other drinks in a shop just around the corner. We had a great stay, and we will highly recommend. Anders and his team is easy to get in contact with, and responding very quick. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

  3. Very good location with unobstructed sea view. Nice sandy beach across the street. Good soft beach clubs with good food. Short walk to central Cannes and the old town around the corner. You always feel safe renting through Anders!

  5. Très bel appartement, bien situé dans le quartier du Suquet, avec une vue magnifique sur l'Esterel. La plage est juste en bas (plage publique du Midi, gratuite, ou plages privées). Anders était top et Olga aussi pour l'accueil et le départ. Appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Vraiment un super séjour!

  9. Beautiful and well equipped apartment in Le Suquet, which is central yet quiet. The apartment has a large terrace with great views. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Anders (the host) is attentive and helpful.

  13. Climatisation très faible et uniquement dans le salon. Lit principal très haut et trop mou. Mauvaise odeur de canalisation au niveau de la salle d’eau. Très bien équipé niveau électroménager. Emplacement très bien. Bon contact avec Anders et ses équipes. Nous ferons appel à eux lors de notre prochain séjour mais dans un autre appartement.

  21. We booked at the last minute. Anders was very helpful and Jenny on time to open the door and to give us useful information. The appartement felt like home, nicely furnished. The view made the stay wonderful. We spent hours staring at the sea and the colors in the Esterel. We should have stayed longer!

You can spend your time admiring the sea, the Esterel mountains and the sunsets if you are lucky :) The appartement is very good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, perfect location!   29. Lägenheten har framförallt en fantastisk utsikt och möjlighet sitta på balkongen. Dessvärre är det relativt högljutt från trafik och hav som man inte tror då man är kanske 70 m ifrån. Balkongdörrarna skyddar dock från det mesta av ljudet. Väldigt trevlig välplanerad mindre lägenhet. Eftersom man vill vistas mycket på utsidan hade vi önskat lite mer komfortabla utemöbler. Annars var det bra,
