This is the perfect apartment for the couple or two friends who would like to stay in one of the best beachfront locations in Cannes.

On the mezzanine you have two single beds and wardrobe. (Note that the ceiling height on the mezzanine about 165 cm.)
The living area is furnished with a sofa and next to the kitchen you have a dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Outside the apartment, towards the sea you have a terrace that connects to a larger terrace which via a staircase takes you down to the beach.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor.

Location

The apartment is located just off the Plage du Midi, a few minutes walk from Le Suquet (the Old Town of Cannes), and less then 10 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, and all else that Cannes has to offer.

The main entrance to the building is from Rue Georges Clemenceau.
A second entrance takes you directly onto the Plage du Midi where you will find a well-managed public beach and sections of the beach where you can rent a parasol, a mattress, etc.

  • Beach: just outside the door
  • Palais des Festivals: 9 min
  • Train station and bus station for the airport coaches: 15 min
  • Restaurants: just outside the door
  • Shops for essentials and grocery: 5 min

Parking

The nearest public parking is Parking Laubeuf which is located at the harbor, View Port, about 160 m from the house.
There are also parking spaces around the Square Mistral park, located at Boulevard du Midi Jean Hibert, about 200 m to the west.

  1. Wohnung in fantastischer Lage, Terasse mit Meerblick, Weg zum Strand ca. 2 Minuten (zu Fuß), sehr nahe an Altstadt und Hafen. Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

  3. Ein tolles Appartement. Mit Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand nur über die Straße. Zentrum, Palais de Festival, Hafen, Croisette fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Schönes Gebäude. Mit Palmen und viel Grün drumherum. Stühle und Tischchen für die Terrasse vorhanden. Sogar kleiner Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir noch mal nach Cannes kommen, werden wir das Appartement wieder mieten. Vermieter hat auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wegen unserem späten Rückflug.   8. A perfect location at the beach and near lots of restaurants. Good airconditioned studio with a beautiful view. The studio is small, but we enjoyed it as a couple during a full week. Communication with the host is on point, friendly and fast.

  10. Utmärkt läge då bil inte behövs, allt inom gångavstånd, strand, restauranger och shopping. Studion trevligt planerad dock med en trappa utan ledstång till loftet. Vi var mycket nöjda.

  13. Wow. Beautiful apartment very close to everything with SEA VIEW. VERY VERY VERY satisfied with our time in Cannes. Our host is gentle and available. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place. Less than 10 minutes from the ''Palais des Festivals'' and all the restaurants, cafes. Thank you Anders.

  16. The studio is greatly located, especially if you need to be close to the old port. The beach is in two steps across the road, plenty of restaurants and cafees nearby - to eat there or take away and enjoy the privacy on the terrace with a splendid seaview. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, well climatized, a nice shower. The hosts are superb, we felt welcome and cared for!
